As the first and oldest local bank in Oman,NBO holds a unique position in a culture that deeply values authenticity. Yet a critical disconnect emerged: Omanis felt that banking communication failed to genuinely reflect their culturalidentity and values. To bridge the gap between Oman's rich heritage and its digital future, we developed the country's first Virtual Omani Family using AI We analysed over 6,000+ distinct sets of facial features and expressions to train AI models to create authentic digital brand ambassadors. These virtual representatives were carefully crafted to embody core Omani cultural values.
